Tržačka Raštela is a border crossing near Cazin, opened on 12 June 2017 as a small border-traffic crossing — meaning that, under its official classification, only residents of the border zones and holders of special passes can use it, not general international traffic. It runs over regional road R-403 and a bridge whose Bosnian side, along with the rest of the infrastructure, was built out by the Cazin municipality. The Croatian side of the crossing is the village of Kordunski Ljeskovac. Although it had been announced and awaited for years, the crossing has never gained full international border status since opening, so not every traveler can use it — local officials have repeatedly called for that to change, in order to take pressure off other, busier crossings in the area. Unlike most crossings on this border, which have been open to all nationalities with full Schengen checks since Croatia joined the Schengen Area in January 2023, Tržačka Raštela isn't meant for wider international traffic at all — it's accessible only to a narrower group of pass holders from both border zones.
