Užljebić is a smaller border crossing near the Bosnian village of Ripač, in the Bihać municipality, a quieter alternative to the busier Izačić in the same area — classified for passenger traffic only, no trucks. The crossing actually takes its name from the small Croatian hamlet of Užljebić, in the Donji Lapac municipality, Lika-Senj County, where Croatian state road D218 ends; on the Bosnian side it continues as magistral road M-11. This is a sparsely populated, quiet part of Lika, so the crossing is used mainly by locals and by travelers looking to avoid queues at Izačić. According to 2009 figures, close to 40,000 passengers and more than 19,000 vehicles passed through in one direction that year — the only reasonably precise indicator of traffic volume available for this smaller crossing. As elsewhere on the Bosnia and Herzegovina–Croatia border, this has been a full external Schengen border since Croatia joined the Schengen Area in January 2023, so documents go through full checks regardless of nationality. There is no camera at this crossing.
